We are an online catalogue selling seating solutions to the following sectors; Truck/Van, Municipal, Construction, Industrial, Coach/Bus, and Agricultural.
Our range of seats is second to none, ergonomically designed for hardworking environments. Seat versions are available to fit all leading makes and models at prices to suit all pockets.
Some applications require specific fittings available on request. If you require advice about your purchase just click "help", we will be pleased to assist.
How to Order
We would like to make ordering from us as easy as possible.
To get the most out of our Online Catalogue Register an Online account. This will give you access to your previous orders and save you typing details in again.
Find the seat you require, check the dimensions if necessary and enter the quantity you would like to purchase, Click "Order" to store it, then follow the instructions to add your optional extras to your list. Then Click "Checkout", tell us where to deliver to and choose how you would like to pay.
Check your order details and click the "update user details" button to complete the order. Once you have placed an initial order, we will remember your account information to save you time in future. We do not pass your information onto any third parties.
All prices on the Website are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the prevailing rate.
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur the company cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Solo & Cheques. You may also use your existing credit account or contact us if you wish to apply to open one.
When we receive your order we will contact you by phone to confirm your order, provide advice about fitting, check you have the right optional extras, confirm availability, delivery and take payment before dispatch.
Delivery
All stock items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of your confirmed order (mon-fri). Our standard delivery charge for most UK mainland areas is £26 per seat and will be added to your order after we have confirmed your delivery requirements with you. Surcharges apply to some areas of Scotland and non mainland UK, contact us for details. Delivery is usually within three working days. Delivery outside the UK is not available.
Returns
(a) If goods are damaged during delivery they must not be signed for 'recieved in good condition', write 'received damaged'.
(b)We will replace damaged or faulty goods with replacement product(s) or refund at our discretion during the first 7 days after delivery. A returns number must be obtained prior to the return of any goods.
(c) If goods returned are not faulty, a 15% restocking fee will apply to any goods that have been opened.
(d) No refund will be issued until returned goods are inspected and cleared by us.
Important
Seat restraints (static or retractable lap belts) are available. The nature and environment of product use dictates the employment of this device. Seats are component parts, therefore the purchaser of any seat must exercise this choice in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's recommendations. Strict adherence to all safety procedures is recommended. All local rules and regulations must be obeyed. If the vehicle is not equipped with a ROPS, seat belts should not be installed; check manufacturer's recommendations.
General
(a) Standard Manufacturer’s warranty terms apply to all products quoted.
(b) All prices quoted are subject to stock availability and may be subject to currency fluctuations.
(c) All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation and are subject to our final acceptance of the order.
(d) Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
(e) We reserve the right to refuse orders.
(f) The above terms do not affect your statutory rights.
